Kindnest Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Kindnest products. If an issue arises, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 20 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Please note:

    • Magnetic Nest Set is fulfilled by Amazon. For returns or refunds regarding this item, please follow Amazon’s returns process.

    • Magnetic Nest Board Sand (Circle) is sold at a discounted price due to a disclosed minor flaw. Returns and refunds are not available for this specific item.

Eligible Reasons for Returns or Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives defective or damaged, we will happily replace it at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

  • Incorrect Items: If the wrong item, color, or size was sent, we’ll promptly resolve it at no cost to you.

Reasons Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • You ordered the incorrect size, color, or quantity.

  • The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect.

Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, changes cannot be guaranteed after your order is processed or shipped.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or refund, please contact us at kindneststore@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo evidence (for size issues, please include a ruler)

Our customer support team will respond within 1 business day with detailed return instructions.

How to Ship Your Return

  • Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team.

  • Include your Order Number and Full Name inside the return package.

  • Provide us with a tracking number.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you via email confirming the receipt of your return.

  • Your refund will be processed promptly upon approval and applied automatically to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—there may be processing delays.

  3. Contact your bank directly.
