Kindnest Shipping FAQ

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.

Shipping Method and Times

• Magnetic Nest Kit: Fulfilled and shipped by Amazon US. It may arrive separately and at a different time than your Magnetic Nest Board.

• Processing Time: Orders typically process within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

• Standard Shipping Time: Typically delivered within 3-7 business days after shipping confirmation.

Please note, shipping times may vary slightly based on your location and potential delays due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances (weather, carrier delays).

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed and payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order ships, you'll receive another email with tracking information.

Separate Shipments

When ordering multiple items, you may receive them separately. This ensures faster delivery based on warehouse availability. Separate tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.

Order Cancellation and Changes

To cancel or modify your order (including quantity, color, size, or address changes), please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at kindneststore@gmail.com.

Due to our quick processing, cancellations or changes requested after this 12-hour window cannot be guaranteed and may incur a 15% cancellation fee if already in production.

Payment Information

All payments are securely processed in USD. If paying in a different currency, your bank will handle the conversion.
